The Bean, Rozelle

Today I went back to this warm and friendly cafe with a friend - just to relax and catchup over a coffee after running a few errands nearby. We shared the french toast (delicious and perfect on a wintry day like it was today) and each had a coffee (always good) - and then just sat and enjoyed a chat without having to rush.

There's plenty of room if you are a big group, with a mix of tables sizes and a few with benches. It was pleasantly busy when we walked in - in the late-breakfast-morning-tea time - when we left it was then starting to have a more lunchtime feel.
If you're on your own you can find a book from the shelves that takes your fancy, or make use of the wi-fi if you need to . . . or just review all the album and movie posters adorning the walls. One thing I love about The Bean is the staff, they are always friendly, chatty and attentive.

So, in the interlude between most people (except us) leaving and more arriving, I managed a few pictures - if you like the look, here's where it is:
